We are Open Concept by John and Sean. We renovate to your vision…and we are experts at helping to craft your dream. Whether it is transforming your kitchen with new cabinet doors and paint (usually complete in 1 day) or designing and building your addition, we can make it happen…quickly, smoothly and affordably.

We live and work in the Dallas area and have over 30 years of experience in remodeling. You can expect us at your project nearly everyday work is happening …communicating design, project managing and overseeing quality.

Our renovations are custom designed around your needs and vision. We are experts in putting the elements together and can help with color, layout and material. We will meet you at your home and from initial meetings through final walk-through, we are here to serve.

A bit about us…

We started the business for a simple reason: we love to make things that look terrific and built well. Both of us started working with tools and wood when we were kids, and that passion has only grown throughout the decades. In fact, it grew so much that we left our successful corporate careers and to pursue our passion for construction and remodeling.

We’ve learned that the only way to work is to build “the right way” every time. That means:
